Fine Art by Lumen offers the following payment options: Bancontact, iDeal, PayPal and Sofort Banking.
If you would like to pay with a credit card, please select PayPal as payment option at checkout.

Although Fine Art by Lumen does not accept consumer credit cards, PayPal does.

Please note for PayPal payments a 3% surcharge does apply.

If you are a business and would like to pay with your company credit card, please contact us by mail or phone. Upon your request we will set up a payment link.
A 3% surcharge on all business credit card payments does apply.

At the moment Fine Art by Lumen does not offer an installment plan or hire purchase option.

Delivery is free within the Netherlands and Belgium using Fine Art by Lumen’s standard shipping method. Your purchase will be sent by PostNL or a package supplier at the choice of Fine Art by Lumen.

A surcharge may apply for clients that require a different shipping method.

Fine Art by Lumen ships world wide. Please contact us if you would like to make a purchase and you are located outside Belgium or the Netherlands.

Our staff gladly will inform you about the possibilities.

A fine art print order can be cancelled within 24 hours after you have placed your order. Your cancellation must be send by email to info@fineartbylumen.nl.

We will refund you within 5 business days. A cancellation fee of € 20,00 may apply.

As each and every of our fine art prints is made specifically for our clients, the 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ under EU consumer legislation does not apply. As a result fine art prints can not be returned.

The ‘cooling-off period’ however does apply for non-fine art “mass prints” and photo books. Please contact us by mail or by phone to receive instructions how to return your purchase.
